  • Hello WSR, our public DNS has no ACL, so no whitelisting is required. Our recursive servers are EDNS enabled. Does that answer your question?
  • Hello. Your EDNS-detection is completely automatic now, like in Google's recursive servers, isn't it? I just saw here some requests for manual whitelisting.
  • Hi WSR, please allow us to double check and get back to you.

    Hi WSR,

We can whitelist the name servers in question, but we require the IPs associated with the servers. While we can perform a lookup by server name to obtain the IP addresses, it is unclear if those servers are using geolocation, so we want to ensure we whitelist all associated IP addresses. Lastly, for security purposes, we did not want you to post this information in the forum, so we kindly request that you reply to our e-mail at your earliest convenience to proceed with whitelisting the IPs.

    Best Regards,
    Jody
